I don’t know if they will admit it, but in my opinion, yes. Some days I get only first class mail (bills, letters), and some days only 2nd class (magazines, newspapers, ads, etc.) but never evenly distributed across all days like they used to be. In fact, on Friday or Saturday I will usually get a big delivery of all the magazines that have stacked up. They do seem to keep up on packages, in my experience.
