Answer :

No. It is largely agricultural, and for country its size, has a very low population density. A lot of nomadic tribes and groups. China considered Mongolia part of the Chinese ‘empire’ like it does Taiwan. So while ostensibly Mongolia is indepedendent, it is de facto Chinese. The way I read about it, it’s pretty much empty.
