Should I subscribe to The Economist or Foreign Affairs?

1 Answer

Answer :

I will not speak of content, which I never had time to carefully compare, but I need to share my experience with the service. It’s bad. Not only bad, but worse than I could ever imagine. I made annual print subscription with Foreign Affairs in November, now it’s almost April and I haven’t recieved anything. I have sent many some 10 emails requesting help, I have been answered only 2 or 3 times, with a delay of at least one month and of course no one ever moved a finger to really help me. Never seen such disrespect. Gotta add though: I live in Europe.
