Ingredients1 1/2 lb Ground beef1 ea Egg1/4 c Parmesan cheese1 T Parsley1 ea Garlic clove, minced1 ea Hard roll softened in milkSalt & pepperMix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into small balls about 2 in diameter and drop into simmering tomato sauce. Cook slowly 20-25 minutes, stir carefully.Variation: Meatballs may be browned in hot olive oil, then dropped into simmering sauce.Variation: Place meatballs on an oiled broiler pan, turning carefully as they brown.
