Ingredients1 each garlic, clove1/2 teaspoon thyme, basil or oregano1/2 each onion, chopped1/4 pound cod, or other white fleshed firm fish, cut into 1 inch cubes2 1/2 cup tomatoes, canned, chopped, with liquid1/4 pound scallops, 1 inch pieces1 each whole bay leaf1/4 pound shrimp, raw, cleaned1 cayenne pepper, pinch1 salt, to taste1 pepper, to taste1/8 teaspoon fennel seed, optionalCombine tomatoes, garlic, onion, and seasoning in saucepan. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add cod and simmer gently for 2 minutes, add scallops and simmer 2 miinutes, add shrimp and simmer 3-5 minutes, just until shrimp turns pink.
