Flannel sheets are definitely better for the cold winter months. When you first climb in bed your body does have to warm them up as they are already warm against your skin. As a bonus flannel sheets allow you to save money on you heating bill because they keep you much warmer that cotton sheets and you can turn your thermostat down.
