Tenvoorde Ford in St. Cloud, Minnesota boasts the distinction of being the oldest Ford dealership in the world. It opened its doors the same year Henry Ford began making cars. Oddly, a dealership in Jamaica makes the same claim. In Ohio, there are several claims by various dealerships as being held by the same family the longest, being the largest, having consecutively high sales in the state, etc. Most of the Ford dealerships throughout the country, have changed hands, been merged with other types of dealerships, separated and resold, etc. So it is difficult to say without qualification, which one is the oldest. Loudon Motors in Minerva, Ohio has been in operation since 1930 as a Ford dealership.
