The seven seater SUVs don't have doors for the third row seats because it is generally designed for temporary use like taking children to school or pick them up. It is also a matter of cost. The extra cost, weight and structural designs of adding more doors don't make sense if the seats are not often used. Each extra door makes the structure weak and costs more money.
