Light and loose cotton and pure linen.  The person who might be having high blood pressure, will absolutely know how to prevent it.  refuse to stress work more than sitting all day  exercise vigorously to keep the blood pumping healthily don't stress, stay happy and thankful refuse to be anxious stay out in the sun more everyday actively walk, exercise, garden, fix the garden,  drink pure Vitamin C and lots of water. These things are practical, logical and commonsense to watch blood pressure in normal pace.
