Sleep apnea is a sleeping disorder in which breathing is repeatedly started and stopped. Some causes of the sleep apnea includes, overweight, smoking especially the condition is worse if the smoker is suffering from high blood pressure and among other causes.Some of the causes of curing sleep apnea includes: 1.)If you're a smoker, quit smoking or reduce the intake because smoking increases the inflammation in the throat making it hard for one to breath. 2.)Reducing weight especially by working on your diet. This is because there's some extra weight in the throat which may at times tend to sagg and block the airways causing sleep apnea. 3.)Regular exercises like yoga usually do help because they strengthen the muscles especially in the air ways and improves on breathing. Finally, maintain your sleep schedule, in terms of hours you sleep and the quality.
