I wouldn't exactly say it is wrong to commit suicide, but it sure isn't correct either. I know when a person is very depressed and they don't see any other way out of the depression their first thoughts are to end their life. They feel that they are suffering now and if they were no longer here the suffering would end. This is a very real thought and feeling of some people who suffer from depression. In their case, it would end their suffering, but it would make the ones that loved them suffer even more. The people who are left behind suffer from the loss of this person and they will continue to blame themselves for not trying to reach out and help them more. However, this isn't always possible because some people who suffer from depression do it in silence and people around them have no idea what is wrong. I feel that people who take their own lives are selfish and they aren't considering the people they leave behind. They might be in peace now, but everyone who is left here is now miserable and suffering from their loss.
