Does anyone know anything about the giant breed St.Bernard dogs in Russia or other cold countries?

St. Bernard have a history of working dogs breed in the 11th Century. Raised in Switzerland to go save people trapped, or barracked in snow to help the workers find the people, and do other survival things to help others. And it has been happening these dogs went, and where breed to help for many years to come after that.
