I know that holding your urine for too long is one of the most uncomfortable things on earth. It is said that when you do that, it has the tendency of causing pain and weakening the pelvic muscles. This means that if this is frequently done, your tendency to normally hold down urine reduces with time. Also, since urine is waste, holding it up for hours in the bladder increases your chances of coming down with a bacterial infection. Possibly a urinary tract infection. Now some people comically say that your bladder may burst open. Whatever the case may be, I think people should try to use the restroom regularly.
