While I don't have experience in this particular website, it looks quite legit. I would say that you can find some good and cheap costumes on Amazon or other big stores. If I were you, I would be careful about quality in smaller shops, and, if possible, I would request via email a photo of the product. Sometimes they use stock photos and what you receive can be very different.
