How to avoid tiredness after exercise?

Answer :

Try to relax your body by having a walk (barefoot on grass if possible)...this will help you calm down and also than do a bit of stretching exercises which relaxes your body muscles... After half an hour gap when your body gets to normal temperature, than you can have shower, all this will help avoiding tiredness after exercise....
