I'm not sure what your professional skills are or what group of needy people you are hoping to help such as homeless or maybe people that are hungry, or people that can't afford a certain service like lawn care or car repairs. I think volunteering at a local shelter, or hospital for low income families would help you fill that need of wanting to help. I myself have brought good to the homeless, have volunteered at the Ronald Mcdonald house, and have been z respite provider for a group home for at risk children. There are so many things you can do without giving money. The best help comes from your willingness too help and from your compassion towards others. Best of luck to you!
