1. If it's freshwater immediately remove the battery and sim card if removable.   2. Dry with tissue or towel. 3. Get silica gel packets from the store or new shoes or new items.  It keeps them dry. 4.  Store the device together with silica gel packets in a container for a few days. 5. Use a blow drier at a minimal temperature to remove any extra moisture. 6. Put on Phone.
