AI Chatbots: Chatbots are ever-evolving, and the latest to emerge is a virtual assistant. These "assistants" have access to knowledge and can function as a self-service, first-call resolution. Essentially, the more evolved the bot, the more sophisticated the tasks that can be automated. No need to worry now about asking questions as these bots can answer most of them and can connect you the person of interest without wasting time on trivial things.
