Please check the specification of your computer. This can be done by following navigation: Windows key- My or This computer- Local C drive(containing Windows logo, where Windows is installed)- Properties.  Or you can check in Settings. The navigation is: Windows key- Settings(gear icon)- System- About(last option). This is for Windows 10. After that check the specification of your computer on the internet according to the product name. You can now see the difference in RAM if it is present.
