Inserting new questions

I just discovered a new category, so I have to try it right away. I got stuck inserting my first question because it didn't want to offer me a category and without a category the question. It took me a while to figure out that I had to choose a category first, and then I could ask. I may be the only idiot here, but it could happen to someone else. I would ask if this information could be emphasized in the manual, it will not be very laborious. Thanks Suwa

Make sure you have javascript enabled. In Internet Explorer: What do you have there? Do you have permission there? Or ban? It should be allowed there. And the image is inserted by clicking on the icon: Then click on "Select file" after selecting the image from the PC to "Play" and when it is displayed, the image is uploaded and you can see it below. Maybe it's at least a little clear. Ask a question.
