Broken closing by a plastic window.

One window seems to be jammed and there's nothing to do with it. Do you think it will be repaired or a new window will have to be bought? But it should go to change the paganism, right?

Plastic windows have a very sophisticated mechanism. It will definitely work. Just know where to squeeze and what to pull on (yawn). And also possibly have a spare part. So call the company that installed the windows or similar. Mechanical moving parts on the windows must be lubricated from time to time.
