This is the charging current level in A. You can tell the end of charging by measuring the voltage at the battery terminals (not flashlights) when charging. When charging, the voltage at the terminals gradually rises. When it stops rising, the flashlight is 95-100% charged. The electrolyte density should correspond to this. Well it shows how much the charger is giving to the battery at the moment. Depending on the characteristics (voltage or current) of the charger, the current may gradually decrease depending on how the battery is being charged, or it will remain the same until the end of charging. But you can't tell from the picture.
