How is the company party going? Does everyone know the password?

We have a party with our company. It will be in one restaurant. How do they know I'm from them when we need 50 people? Otherwise, the restaurant will be in normal operation. My point is that the director pays everything. That if I go for a drink, how will they know I'm from us? They can't remember 50 people. Shall we say a password? Or how is it solved not to pour the whole pub on us? I have never experienced this. thank you for answer
