We are accumulating water in the garden

We had a birch at the bottom of the plot. She was very old. But after the defeat, water accumulates down the garden and we don't know what to do with it. Is it possible that the birch drained so much water? What should we do now?

When the ash trees were felled on the neighboring land, their roots reached all the water to our land and the halls, so we didn't get any water in several places after the rain, so we dug holes and poured small stones into them to absorb the water :) they can There are also ferns or plants that love moisture. Even during the reconstruction of the apartment, we had ash roots in the bathroom, how long they are !!
