I get a yellow bar and English words, but it can be crossed out, what is it, does anyone know? Do you have it too?

I turned it off. These are badges, for example, for 100 answers you get a link. Or that you have been registered here for 200 days, for example, you will get another "veteran" link. For example, if you get the "best answer" 20 times you get, another as a badge. I don't know if it would like it. Those badges would appear on your profile.
