Hello, such an unpleasant thing has happened to me. I have been working since 2.9. in one company and on 14.10. I resigned. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and wrote in my statement that I was ending on 14.9. I missed the date by a month. I stated in my resignation that it was signed in Pilsen on 14.10. by hand, he signed and entered the company's executives because his immediate superior was not at work that day. I had two copies, one I left to him and the other I took for myself. I gave the box straight away and took over the box and he signed it for me, he just didn't state the date there, I then added it to my original. The executive didn't notice that the date was wrong, and then the secretary alerted me. So I made a new resignation with the correct date, October 14, however, the executive was no longer in the company, so I could not see him. So I agreed that I would keep both versions of the statement on the right date and then get it on 16.10. I'm going to take over the signed that they took over. They wanted me, but to bring the original of the bad one so it could be shredded, but I already fired it, because I didn't expect it to be for anything else, so I don't have it. He acted today, but only instructed that if I did not bring the original, that they would not give it to me, he was also upset and that I was unlucky that he would not give it to me and that I would return the money for that last month, because it is actually the date that I give notice on September 14, although it is stated that it was written in Pilsen on October 14. pen. He was obviously just upset and maybe he'd get cold, but I want to ask if there's any chance I'd have to return the money, that they'd do it like I quit on September 14th. and I haven't actually worked there since that date. I don't think they have a chance, given that I normally have a paycheck for the whole of September and they have to send me another 14 days now for October. Another thing is that I have definitely already paid for my health this month, so they probably can't do it in such a way that maybe an accounting error occurred, they sent me the wrong money, that I ended up on 14.9. and I have to return them, because they sent them badly as if ... Otherwise, my statement, by the fact that I submitted the correct one, is normally valid, isn't it? I know it's a unilateral legal act, that's just such a thing for me, and it's better to have it confirmed that they took it over, but they have to cancel the job as soon as they get it, right? The point is that I'm going to start a new job next month, and I don't want to be limped in any way, by the fact that I'm still going to be busy with them, but that's probably bullshit isn't it? Due to a moment of inattention and a bad date such a complication :)
