The verdict came into force on February 2, 2016. To this day, I have not received a crown for my sons. When should I contact the police or court for non-compliance? Immediately or after the deadline? If I understand correctly, this is about 3 points 1 - He was sentenced conditionally to 6 months with a delay of 18 months (in case of non-compliance with any of points 2 and 3) 2 - should he pay his sons debt for maintenance up to 18 m (months?) 3 - monthly to pay maintenance (regardless of the current debt), the competent court decides on the termination of the payment of maintenance on the basis of the conditions stipulated by law. The obligation "to pay the sickness debt to the sons up to 18 m" is dated to the 18th month from the pronouncement of the judgment on February 2, 2016, ie to August 2, 2017 (if m = month), you have to wait patiently "To date, I have not received sons or crown.
