Problem with uploading (mirillis action!)

Hello, I have a problem uploading the video. Every time (for any game) when I make, for example, a 30-second video, it is accelerated by 8 seconds ... and when I make a 25-minute video, for example, it is accelerated by 5 minutes ... I have used this program for a long time and I know that I already had this problem ... and I don't know how to solve it at all ... if you know how to fix it, thank you in advance for the answer .... :)
