Hello doctor. I am 3 weeks after colon surgery (laparoscopically). I was hospitalized in the hospital with severe pain in my lower abdomen, and I went to the hall that night. I was told that I had peritonitis and that I had a blind man. They found a cyst there. Now, after 3 weeks, I have had a gynecological check-up, because since I was released from the hospital, I have been in terrible pain in the area of the aforementioned colon. I thought it was a cyst, but according to my gynecologist, it's not a cyst. He also took blood samples for me if I didn't have any inflammation (because I also have a pus scar in my navel), but the samples were fine. To describe the pain. At first it only hurt when I was lying and my legs outstretched, but over time it got worse. Two days ago, it hurt so much that we wanted to go to the emergency room. I couldn't even move and it always hurts for about 20 minutes and then it stops. It's as if the pain is convulsive, or as if something creaked there and it stuck more and more with each movement. My GP told me it was normal after surgery, but I don't think so. Yes, I understand that it is healing, but to make it hurt in such a way that the pain darkens before my eyes ... it seems strange to me. It was my gynecologist who told me it could be a fusion. What do you think about this? I don't want to go to the surgery where they operated on me. Unfortunately, our hospital does not have very positive references and is in a negative sense. Do you think it could be a fusion? And if so, what would that mean to me ... how dangerous they are. Thank you very much for your reply.
