Violation of documents on flash drive

When copying data from a flash drive to a computer, copying was interrupted and several files were corrupted. They can't be opened and it tells me that the content is corrupt and illegible. What with this? I need the data back. Is it working at all?

back up first (make a copy of the damaged file with a different name, for example original_name) if it is an MS Office file and a word or excel file - open and open arrow button at the bottom right when the arrow is pressed, then offer to open and repair otherwise - if for example, movies or music - there are extra programs and extra companies, usually for a lot of money, if it's worth it
