Ornamental grass for the garden

Hello, I recently saw a beautiful, colorful ornamental grass in the garden on the Internet, I would like to order seeds, but I'm afraid it will germinate. Does anyone have experience with buying seeds online?

So far, everything has gone out of the internet. Sometimes better than other times, but so far it has not happened to me that the seeds do not germinate.
