can you cut out some of the top roots of a ornamental pear tree?

1 Answer

Answer :

Now trimming a root from such a tree will not kill it, and if you do decide to trim it it, cut the root at a 45 degree angle then take a piece of the now cut off root and wedgethat piece into the center of the remaining root, naking a Y of the root, and this will promote the root to split and allieviate any future problems.
