Problem with huawei p9 lite connection to pc

Hello, I have had a problem connecting the Huawei p9 lite to my computer for a long time. I also tried to turn on USB debugging and everything they advised in Hisuite didn't help ... I'm already desperate about it, because I need to make room on my phone and that's not how it goes. Thank you and have a nice day

How about looking at the manual? Pages 63 - 64 show: .................... Data transfer between phone and computer: Use a USB cable to connect your phone to a computer and transfer data between the two devices. File transfer The Media Transfer Protocol (MTP) is used to transfer media files. You can use the MTP protocol to transfer files between your phone and a computer. Before using MTP, make sure that Windows Media Player 11 or later is installed on your computer. !! Drag your finger down from the status bar to open the notification panel, and then set the USB connection mode to File Manager on your device (MTP). The computer will automatically install the necessary drivers. To view the files stored on your phone, wait until the drivers are installed and then click on the new drive icon that appears on your computer (the drive will be named according to your phone model). If you're using a Windows computer, you can use Windows Media Player to browse multimedia content on your phone.
