The latest translation can be downloaded HERE. The translation is currently at a 50% readiness level anyway. To install the translation: Copy the Fallout4 - Interface.ba2 file to the Data directory (folder) of the game. Before doing so, back up the current file. This is a translation of the game's interface. a, If your game has been updated to the last patch (1.7.15.0.0 or later 1.7), use the Fallout - Interface.ba2 file included in the package. b, If your game does not have this version number, use one of the Interface.ba2 files in the previous 1606 or 1607 translation. In this case, however, the interface is not perfect (that is, errors may occur, eg the placemark / quick marker on the pip-boy map is incorrect, LOOKUP_FAILED for some settlement building elements, etc.). If these solutions are not correct, try the original version of the game ( English) Interface.ba2 file. There will be fewer errors. Only one solution / file should be used.
