HERE I think they illustrate a couple of back muscle strengthening exercises that can be done at home. Although it would be worthwhile to go down to at least one gym, because there can be a lot of machines with which you can perform more effective exercises in the back so that there is a minimal chance of injuries and strains. Plus, they’re sure to be happy to help you figure out how to do the necessary exercises.
