When should I install 64-bit windows?

What is the point of having windows 64-bit? Why isn't 32-bit good?

Answer :

There are two potential disadvantages. Only 32-bit programs can be installed on 32-bit, not all software companies develop them. You can put 32 and 64 on the 64. The other is that it can only handle 4gigabytes of RAM. Which isn’t much, new games already require a minimum of 8giga.
