How much of a deterrent when looking for a job? (male)

Is there any discrimination? Would you rather take it out before a job interview?

Very much for certain jobs! It can be a problem when doing office work or where people need to be in a lot of contact. But it is becoming more and more accepted. It is worth asking at an interview (and getting rid of it during the interview, of course).
