The court has to pay a certain amount of court fee for conducting the case. This fee is the cost of filing a lawsuit outside of the lawyer's fee. The cost of filing suit is determined by the Court Fees Act , 180 (Amendment 2010) , and SRO No. 328-Act / 2010 of 21 September 2010. Court fees are a source of revenue for the government , usually each year the government determines at what rate in its annual budget plan what kind of court fees will be charged. There are two types of court fees- 1. Court fees according to value , II. Prescribed court fees. In some cases, court fees are determined based on the value of the lawsuit or the value of the claim. Sometimes court fees do not depend on the value of the lawsuit , but rather a fixed fee. Court fees are usually charged by stamp. Civil litigation: The minimum court fee for civil litigation will be Rs. 300 and the maximum court fee will be Rs . 40,000. Succession litigation: Free up to Rs. 20,000 in succession succession litigation. 1 % up to next Rs. 1,000,000 and 2% up to next Rs . 15,000 . For example : Rs .
