Why is nuclear charge neutral ?

1 Answer

Answer :

Atoms are made up of electrons , protons and neutrons. Electrons are positively charged and protons are negatively charged. They exist in equal numbers in atoms again. Neutron charge on the other hand is neutral. That is why atomic charge is neutral.
