: Boolean is called a Boolean constant if the value of the angle used in Boolean algebra indicates only 0 or 1 . For example , if only A = 0 or just A = 1 then A will be considered constant. On the other hand, if the value of a quantity indicates two different conditions (i.e. 0 and 1) , then it is called a boolean variable.
