When two or more substances are mixed in any proportion, if they stand side by side while maintaining their respective religions, then that assembly is called mixture. There are two types of mixtures namely: 1) homogeneous mixture and 2) homogeneous mixture. 1. Homogeneous mixture: Homogeneous mixture is a mixture in which the ingredients are present in all parts in the same proportion and the presence of more than one element is not understood. For example, sugar syrup is a homogeneous mixture. 2. Asymmetric mixture: A mixture which has different components in different proportions and the presence of more than one element is understood to be an asymmetric mixture.
