The Legislative Assembly and the Jatiya Sangsad control the governance department in different ways. In fact, through adjournment motions , condemnation motions , no- confidence motions , questioning , various parliamentary committees and general discussions in Parliament, the National Parliament establishes control over the governing body. The Prime Minister and his cabinet are accountable to the National Assembly for all policies and actions. Again, the members of the cabinet are held accountable to the National Assembly for their work individually and collectively. If Parliament brings distrust towards the Prime Minister for any reason, the cabinet is dissolved.
