Genetic engineering: This method uses many bacteria ( E.coli, Agrobacterium) as carriers. In the jute industry: Due to the decomposition of bacteria the jute fibers are separated and we can easily remove the fiber from the jute stems. In the leather industry: The role of bacteria in removing hair from the skin is immense. Different species of Bacillus were used to remove skin fur. Others: Bacteria also play a role in the production of biogas and in the separation of heavy metals. By these actions bacteria play a role in the microbial sector.
