Sage Patanjali (300 BC), the creator of yoga in ancient times, spoke of eight parts of yoga. These are Yam , Niyama , Asana , Pranayama , Pratyahara , Dharma , Dhyana and Samadhi. Every obese person should exercise at least 30 minutes a day. This will reduce their weight and stress will be under control.
