Go to top right corner of your page >> click on the square >> now click on your name you will reach your profile  Now there will one button "Edit your profile" .. Click on it Now in the avatar section >> if you know about Gravatar then you can chose that .. if you dont know about it Then you can upload a file from your computer by clicking on "choose file"
