Vascular tissue differentiation. -Biology

1 Answer

Answer :

Vascular tissues are differentiated from meristematic cells: procambial cells during primary growth and vascular cambium cells during secondary growth. Procambial cells in roots and stems are derived from apical meristems. Procambial cells in leaves are formed during very early stages of leaf development.
