sevin....at your lawn & garden section of the store.  read the directions for how much for rose bushes.... wear old long clothes, hat, gloves, mask & goggles.............keep children & pets away until it is dry. read how many days for the next treatment on the container. In the fall fertilize and trim slightly and spray with dormant oil...that smothers any bug larvae thru the winter.
