When do you know if the Poinsetta is dead?

1 Answer

Answer :

Dig around the base of the plant about a 2" depth, with a regular screwdriver remove 1/2" from the base of the plant, if it is off white in color, the plant lives.  If it is white, it did not survive.  But remember if the plant has any new growth, or any growth that has not browned or withered then it survived. -Birdy
