Answer :

Get out the long handler loppers and cut it back to the ground box it up as you go.  Then use a heavy duty culivator or rototiller and run it thru the roots, then rake them up and box and trash them rake it smooth.  Any other that start to grow cut them and do hot water & vinegar on them at the roots.
