Mix water with vinegar and liquid soap to stick to the little bugs bodies. 1 pint water, 2 oz white or yellow vinegar (even apple cider vinegar will work) along with 2 -3 tablespoons of liquid soap.  Shake and spray just before sun-up, it should only take maybe 2 sprays to rid them all   -Birdy
